Adam

Adam was manufactured by the Jeannette Glass Company in Jeannette PA. Made from 1932-1934 in Pink, Green Crystal and Delphite, Adam is a very popular depression glass pattern. Be wary of the reproduction butter dish and cover. At a book value of almost $300 in green be sure you look for the bad mold lines and weak color to help identify the reproduction from the original.

Royal Ruby

Royal Ruby depression glass was made by the Anchor Hocking glass company from 1939 until the 1960′s. A long production run gives collectors an easy time of picking up pieces at local yard sales and flea markets. A very poular color and pattern, the bold and distictive Ruby color attracts collectors. Block Optic

Block Optic depression glass was manufactured by the Hocking Glass Company from 1929 till around 1933. Made in green, pink, yellow and crystal Block Optic is a very popular pattern. Just before the great depression Hocking had developed a machine that could produce 90 pieces of blown glass a minute! It’s no suprise that collectors have a lot of choices when collecting Hocking depression glass.
